Insomniac

I've been feeling this way lately. It isn't polished n it doesn't rhyme...it's raw.

My insomnia is a disease,
It is different from the normal...

I usually welcome it...
My insomnia.

I detest sleeping...
Normally that is.

But now my insomnia...
It is a curse.

The way of the world...
It won't let me see you.

I thought up a way to see you...
In my dreams.

But how can I dream?
If my insomnia is living...

...living my sleepless nights for me?
