Not wanting to let him go

just about my one of my best friends

The days pass by
leaving me in a frinzy
I don't know how much longer
I can handle this
The night keeps me cool
but the day hardens me.
I've lost who I cared about most.
He's still out there
somewhere
but no where to be found by me.
I've looked but it didn't help
I only found a new him.
One that doesn't care for me.

He doesn't care to return my calls
my texts or facebook messages.
He let's me wonder
thinking of what once was.
I've written that I'll never forget him
I've said it too.
I know I never will
but the question is...
