second chance

when someone breaks your heart one to many times

you pushed me to far this time
last time i almost went over
until i got away
but this time i tripped over and fell off the edge
i screamed on the way down
was this the end
was this the last moments i get to spend on the earth
was this how i died
then something impossible happened
i had wings and was flying above the ground
i was seeing the world with new eyes
for this was my second chance
