Just got off the phone
My sister called to tell me that Dad will be going in to hospice today...
What exactly does that mean? I asked
Well, it's a place where people will feed him meals and he will get his own room and he'll have a TV and he can go out whenever he wants...
What exactly does that mean? I asked
Well, he has not been doing to well this past weekend. You never know with Dad. The doctor came by. Then two nurses. He got mad then he cried
What exactly does that mean? I asked
He is all alone and there is no one to look after him and he has had some accidents and he doesn't want to be left on the floor and...
You mean like mom?

I had three father's and yet had none
I had two mother's and yet not one
I always felt they were never there
But with only one left..I am starting to care
