Sun in the blue sky

This poem has been inspired by the change in climate.

O my honey
The day was sunny
So I thought I could
Just take a stroll
Along the tree lined road

The day was warm
With not a hint of
What was to follow
All along the same
But then how can anyone

I am still the same
Not different from what
I was then as you can see
Why should I regret
Will someone tell me why?
