Wrote this before I fully acknowledged I was in love haha.

When the sun goes down
the stars blink open their eyes
and the moon brightens up the night with its illuminating light,

I find myself standing at the veranda
waiting for you
yearning for your voice in my ear
for your soft touch on my skin,

My heart pounds a wild beat
Oh, I can't seem to catch my breath
I feel my heart beat faster
the closer you get to me,

I turn and as our eyes meet
only one thought remains in my mind
