When life deals you more than you take,
Don't you understand me, for goodness sake.

The decision, to live or die isn't yours,
Let's end it all and close the door.

Life began without us having a say,
The end will come in the same way.

For the pain in silence, I try to bear,

As I go to sleep, Lord, please take me now, I pray,
I awake, still here to face another day.

Love is all I wanted from life,
Instead I received a load of strife.

Inside of me the battle rages on,
Everything seems worst, when all alone.

For God is still on the throne.

I was praying the wrong prayer,
