Ready, Set, GO!
Now pick up the pace
and race race.
Life is nothing,
but a chase.
Check, check, check
point.
Run round ragged.
Watch Out! 
The path is jagged.
Adrenaline tracing,
stress is spacing.
Heart-
Beat,
blistered
feet.
Blood-Pound-Harder.
Pass the baton-
just one step longer.
What don’t kill ya,
makes you stronger.
Sprint Run Run,
race is Done.
Now breath, breathe
