Opposites Attract

I wrote this for my friend and her boyfriend.

I never thought that opposites really attract,
Then everyday with you its proven a fact.
Your just so caring and totally sweet,
I can honestly say you sweep me off my feet.
I hate when were apart and your so far away,
But we both know I could never ask you to stay.
When I think of you I know I finally got it right,
that’s what I keep in mind even when we fight.
Your so protective and it shows you really care,
I feel safe and loved knowing your always there.
Now that I have you its easy for me to see,
I’m the happiest girl that I ever could be.
