About A Boy.

This wasn’t how it was supposed to be,
I liked it better when It was just you and me.
People say that life just isn’t fair,
But I have seriously had more than my fair share.
Many say live like you were to die tomorrow,
I just can’t do that when all I want to do is wallow.
If any day soon were going to be my last,
I’d want to spend it with you like I did in the past.
My feelings don't matter now though,
You don’t care anymore and are not afraid to let it show.
I never expected to have to let you go,
I loved you more than anybody and that you know.
I hope you find all the things I couldn’t give you,
Whether or not you do I will never have a clue.
Because your out of my life for good now,
I know I’ll be okay though somehow.
Since you never really cared about me,
Its safe to assume it wasn’t meant to be.
