Darkness

A poem about how I feel inside. One of the very few poems I'll ever write.

~ Darkness ~

I fall,

Deeper and deeper.

Tears welling in my eyes.

I swallow hard.

I open my mouth, but nothing come out.

I fall,

Deeper and Deeper.

Tears twinkling down my face.

I swallow again.

I scream, but no one hears.

I fall,

Deeper and Deeper.

Is there no one to save me?

Can no one hear me?

God, please help…

I fall,

Deeper and Deeper.

I reach out,

No one is there,

I fall, deeper and deeper, into the darkness.
