"Just Because I Care"

This poem was written to bring a smile to my depressed girfriend's face.

Today is not a holiday, It isn't even your birthday.

But still I thought that I would send, a special message to my friend.

You make me laugh you make me smile, you've eased my troubles all this while.

When clouds are thick and skies are grey, you put some sunshine in my day.

You are very thoughtful sweet and kind, a girl like you is very hard to find.

I think i told you once or twice, that i think you're oh so nice.

But when someone is as great as you, they should be told so many more times than i do.

I send these words with love to spare, i do this just because i care....
