A poem about me observing the seasons without my Grandmother. |
| Rising sun, lighting the globe. The only light shown, came from your soul. Weather changing; Changing leaves. I wish you could see, Seasons changing; Here with me. Setting sun, the Earth grows cold. The only light shown, came from your soul. Leaves are dwindling; Dwindling trees. I wish you could see, Seasons changing; Here with me. Full moon, its beautiful glow. The only light shown, came from your soul. Trees are freezing; Freezing the sea. I wish you could see, Seasons changing; Here with me. Half-moon, it's no longer whole. The only light shown, came from your soul. Seas are warming; Warming the seeds. I wish you could see, Seasons changing; Here with me. |
