During the day I pray to see you tonight.
You're in my dreams I'll see you alright.
I wait all day and hope to see you when .
At night you come back to see me again.

Not your fault I must dream to see you.
I've held your soft body and loved it, too.
My jealousy drove you out of my arms.
I'd give all to have you and your charms.

Must I dream until you're back with me?
I'll sleep all my life it's you I want to see.
In my dreams I pretend you're with me.
Make believe our marriage is heavenly.

I will wait for you to come back my dear.
Stop this pain in my heart that is severe.
The only time it don't hurt me that much.
Is when I dream of you and your touch.
