A child of the most high King?
Do you know that you are royalty,
keeper of a most splendid crown?
When you smile and say "I see you!"
When you sing and play with Dora
Are you aware of the mysteries that wait
To be revealed?
When you marvel at the evening moon
When you wonder at twilight's stars
Do you know just beyond the galaxies
There is a plan, a special destiny
Waiting just for you?
It seems beyond imagination, I know,
Watching you each day
Seeing the light of childhood in your eyes
The laughter in your precious smile
To know the One who gave you to me
That you really belong to Him
And that one day I will give you back to Him
So for now I'll watch you as you play
