Forever - That's what you said

For better or worse

For good or for bad

Those words just keep ringing in my head

I look at my finger where your symbol of love use to sit

Now its empty and bare like the void in my soul

Did you tell her forever

Is my replacement as good as the original

I gave you my life and you threw it all away for an easy lay

Was I not pretty enough

Smart enough

Thin enough

Enough

Is there a reason why you just threw me away

I feel empty and cold and much too old
