This letter is for you, to my unborn child
I hope I to you first to give you my smile

I hope you shine on this earth and you know who’s who
And hard work should leave you battered and bruised

don’t be like me at all but in every which way
Learn how to make the best out of every single day

you’ll encounter lots of fools who wont know better
And that’s exactly why I’m writing you this letter

Try and find your own self from the very beginning
And I promise, It will make for an easer living

It happens to us all don’t let it happen to you
Ill be your influence if your careful of what you do

Cuz see we only lives once but don’t worry son
I aint makin you my second you can take off and run

Be a doctor or a boxer but better know how to fight
Cuz If you gonna do something, better do it right
