Just a poem I thought of.

Every Day

Day after day,
You dare not say
The words that flood your mind
Each and every day.

You say the words
That stab at your mind like swords.
Just promise me this,
Promise me you'll never forget these words.

Every day you wallow
In the lingering sorrow
That you feel day and night,
Just for the promise of another tomorrow.

Know now that I'll never
Forget you, not ever,
And even in these darker days,
You'll stay with me forever.
