Is this Pain I feel real

pain i suppose

Is this pain I feel
It hurts me through and through
I didn't break a window
or take a pill or two

The pain it cuts me deep inside
and rips me from within
so why am I not bleeding
I really cannot win

This pain where does it come from
I think it must be love
he hurts me when he is not there
I think i need a shove

This man he is not right for me
and everyone can see
so I will leave him where he is
he can stay in custody!
