Invisibly, the rhythms of nature guide our day. (Form: Rhyme using Anaphora) |
| Harmony Ere the sun fades into dark, ere the moon's pale shadows dance, ere the heaven's light with spark, ere the hands of time advance, like a child pulled to a breast the flower's petals fold in rest. Dreams of summer softly warm, dreams that bring vitality, dreams of future days transform dreams into reality as with the touch of morning light the flower bids adieu to night. Nature's cycles, oft unseen, the rhythm of each day's routine, weaving the world's community within a song of unity. Notes Challenge: Write a poem using ANAPHORA within your poem. Anaphora ~ A rhetorical device in which several successive lines, phrases, clauses, or sentences begin with the same word or phrase. Thank you for taking time to read my words. I would appreciate it if you took a moment and left a comment. Your reaction, impressions, criticisms, - yes, even praise Ken |
