The Choice

Looking back now...I realize that I indeed made the right choice.

The psychic told me,
"There are big decisions you have to make-
Don't rush into making them
For the right ones will come to you."
Who knew this would end up being so true?

I have been waiting for someone
Just like you
I just didn't expect it to be
This soon

I figured nothing much would come out of it
But to my surprise
It did
Despite only knowing you for such a short period of time
It feels like we've known each other forever
So how can I even consider
Possibly finding something better?

The unavoidable question-
"Want to make this thing official?
See where it goes?"
All I know is that the answer
Lies deep within my soul...
