There’s no maybe in this situation
No reason why two people can’t make it work
An experience unlike any other
A friendship, a partnership, a relationship, a thing
Wherever things may lead and the heart is willing to follow
With the love that both deserve
Then it’s ok
Through the frustration, there came a light
Past the tunnel, there came a way
With all the ways and all the reasons
Everything is still ok
Following a path that leads to a new
Standing there thinking about what has happened
Two people just can’t think it through
A lifetime of experience
A mind full of questions and goals
A heart just going with the flow
Following a path
To where, neither of them know
But everything is still ok
