An urge I felt throughout the day at school

There is something settling in my stomach
It leaves a horrible pain
Pulsing within
It is horrifying
Knowing what I know
Feeling what I feel
Hurting where I hurt
The deepening sensation
Foretells of black
Now
Understand that
