I enter the testing facility and scan the array of tables.  Every table holds five samples and each must pass my exacting screening process before entering production.  Misty exhalations swirl around my head as I scoop a bit of ice cream: hint of cinnamon, buttery, very rich. A definite pass.

Man, I love my job!
