Thoughts

more more new me

I smile
through my tears,
through all heartache,
through all fears.

I laugh
through the pain,
knowing so much
is to gain.

I think
about it all...
about the birth...
about the fall
that was made
for mankinds sake.
When I ponder
I start to shake.

This weary soul
does shake inside
but wishes to
no longer hide
from His love.
Eternal peace.

Happiness that
I did seek
has been given,
has been found.
My life
flipped upside down.

Giving over control
of the reign,
I have only
myself to blame.

And the tears,
they are no longer.
I have survived
and now am stronger
than I
have ever been
all thanks to one,
All thanks to Him.
