Awakening of a Numb Soul from the sleep of Ignorance.

I woke up with a start,

Didn't know where I was,

Had I been sleeping all those years?

The sleep of ignorance and disregard?



Now I could see the world,

With a completely different view,

And I could understand things,

That I never before could do!



Now I could see the guiding light,

It was far away and was shining bright,

And now I could decide on my destination,

That I could pursue without hesitation.
