Chased by demons,
shunned by light,
we're creatures of the night.

Mortals, we make them shake.
Through our hearts they drive a stake.

Shun what they don't understand.
Old at heart with healing hand.

Old in life, without a soul.
Always empty, never whole.

Untouched by love, fear, hate.
Causing even the devil to shake.

Mortals fearing us, staying away,
for harming us they shall pay.
