The pain inside

keeping pain to your self sometimes hurts others thats trying to help you too

I can see the pain in your eyes
and I know that your dieing inside
why don't you just sit with me and
tell me whats going on inside.

I can see that your scared of something
oh why,oh why wont you just trust me
come on please tell me whats going
on inside.

Then with sadness in his eyes,he looked
to mine and reached out a trembling hand
on top mine and said.

why cant you see that I am trying to hide
what I feel inside cause I know it'll tear you
up inside.

and with that he got up to his feet and left
and as I watched him leave did he not know
that his silent pain was tearing me up inside.
