i am not an athesist but sometimes i find God very confusing.

i wonder where is God when  a human is crying.does he listen to the plea and see the tears.why do those people suffer who r nice to everyone.why is it good to be bad and bad to be good.i have been rejected,made fun of,looked down upon .Is GOD listening?
