Walk through life absent, broken, obsessed;
No concept of love, joy, or home;
A traveler lost, now possessed;
Walking in the dark, alone;

Friendships wax and wane, without meaning;
Companions join, only to leave;
Never stopping, never slowing;
No time to even grieve;

Journey far and wide;
Many faces, without a name;
Moving with the rising tide;
Unaware of life's little game;

He never loved, never grew;
The one no one ever knew.
