to ask forgiveness

what wrong did i do,
did i hurt anyone,
did i steal, cheat or kill.

perhaps i may have
tried to steal ur heart
but, i did not succeed
or even come close to so

so why punish me so,
why push me to burning hell.
do have some sympathy,
on one who has lost everything.

Is greed my only sin,
to have u for my own
to be urs and urs truly,
was it too much to ask for?

try and try i may,
alas i cannot forget
more i try the more in vain
forgive me for i can not forget...........
