| Ode to a Snowflake O! to be a flake of falling snow and see the world from on high as we - my fellow flakes and I - a quilt of white begin to sew The currents made by blowing breeze direct our path as down we fall; though each of us alone is small we lade the branches of the trees As earthward journeys drift complete and brilliant sun illumes the day, from every quarter voices say: "A winter's snow just can't be beat."
