Winter Break

Don't you hate it when your finals are done but all you can think about is your notes?

The screen is empty and my mind is blank,
Now, what was the difference between marginal and frank?
Let's just hope I had it right on the test,
If I did that would be the best!
I am so happy I'm done,
Unfortunately my brain is still on the run,
It won't stop sending my inner eye pictures,
Of the slides from all those lectures.
I just want to sleep,
And dig a hole really deep,
So no one will ask me to study with them,
I will be thankful not to hear the word 'Chem'.
After waking up early and staying up late,
I am going to be thankful of my coming fate,
Winter break.
