My travels as a lost sinner in this old world.

My Way Back

I have forsaken God for my selfish wants.
Saddened by trials of my sinful thoughts.
Lost in this world of many paths to walk.
God forgive me I didn't take time to talk.

So my goal is to love and worship You God.
So am I worthy of Your sacred grace or not?
I will walk with Your presence by my side.
Now show me the path I must walk with You.

I have taken many different paths in past.
Some I have walked on, others I've passed.
The Devil had holes and hills to tempt me.
God I want to walk an easy path with You.

You can guide me should I walk from away.
Light my path with Your bright lights way.
It will keep me straight now and forever.
I won't stray as long You leave me never.
