A Short Free Verse poem on self image.

                                           


                                            When you look in a mirror who do you see?
                                                                    An Athlete?
                                                                    A Friend?
                                                                    A Wierdo?
                                                                  A Monster?

                                                                  For a moment
                                                      Think of who this person really is
                                                      Is this person anything like you?

                                                                Here's a secret
                                              You are changing every minute of everday.
                                               
                                                            But the real question is
                                                   
                                                      Are you changing for the better
                                                                or for the worse?
