Dear Nana,

It's been a while since we've seen each other,
nine months since my mom's seen her mother.
Are you well? How's Pop-Pop Dutch?
Know that I love you both, very much.

Nana, won't you come back and visit?
Back to your home? I know you miss it.
Even for just a little while...
You have no idea how wide I'd smile.

When I get to see you, we can finally talk.
My hand wrapped in yours, we'll take a walk.
Or spend time between just you and me.
The way I remember it used to be...

But for now, I'll just send lots of love
to you, my Angel
up Above.
