Only the Angels know
how much I dream to
reconnect with you.

How I hope for a chance,
a time to finally fulfill
that which still matters
to me after all this time.

Is it up to me to forgive you?
Or do you need to forgive me?

What was done? What was said?
Why has so much time gone by
with only silence?

Am I meant to grow? Am I meant
to move out of my own way in order
for you to reappear?

Be at peace; find loyalty in those
around you, remember me in the
deepest part of your heart...for
I am still there.
