| Another great things my family devours is home-made bread and rolls! I like to use my bread machine for the dough and then bake it in the oven fresh and warm for dinner. It's easy and saves money on the store bought rolls! So try it and let me know how you like it! 1 egg at room temperature plus enough water (80*F/27*C) to equal 1-1/3 cups 1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup white sugar 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 4 cups bread flour (I just use all-purpose if I don't have bred flour) 2 teaspoons active dry yeast Place in bread machine in order from top to bottom and press the bread dough button. It will usually take 1-1/2 hours for dough to be ready. 1. When dough is done place on lightly floured surface. Divide into 24 pieces and shape. 2. Place on 2 greased baking sheets. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until double in size. 3. Bake at 350* for 15-25 minutes or until done. Enjoy! |
