Once A Sunset

Inspired by the Dawn of a New day

I look to the sky and see a distant sunset;
The colours coalescing into one to form
A multitude of myriad dreamscapes that come together,
Binding themselves into a sheet of multi-plast
That entwines itself around my body,
Holding me prisoner and I lay there,
Unmoving and dreaming my life away
As the clouds drift lazily by in a sky
Decorated with brilliant radiance.
