They waited for so long
for a child of there own
to give all of their love
and bring there baby home

they knew it would be hard
but knew in both their hearts
the risk would be worth taking
for a child they were both aching

he was so proud to say
I want to tell you all
a baby is on the way
the greatest gift of all


things were going great
but they must still wait
till it's time to see
the child they did create

then one day it happened
the baby came too soon
an evil twist of fate
their hearts were filled with doom

they lost their first born baby
only one thing could be done
was to give him his name
and bury their beautiful son
