Friends

This was written for the poetry stretch

Life,
without,
friends, would be
terrible and
horrible, even
meaningless to me, so
I am very glad to have
friends like you to save my life, and
keep the days we spend together full
of meaning, so I am glad to have you.
But the morning after when I wake from
sleeping all the fun we had is like
gone, it's like nothing ever had
happened, I am back to the
way I always am so
I'll be fine only
if you never
leave my side
so please
don't.
