Euthanasia

I am alive!
I am still here!
Can you not see me?
I am aware!

I no longer walk,
and I cannot talk,
but my mind is alert!
Do you not care?

I live and I breathe.
I think and I dream.
I listen and remember.
There is more than it seems.

Only God has the right
to extinguish my life!
I am still here,
and am willing to fight!

I am alive!
I am aware!
I see and I hear you!
I am still here!
