Believe in tomorrow, for the life you have today can be born again with every new dawn.

A dream home
an amazing view
life is good
love is simple.
You trust, you smile
you wake to a sunrise.
Your lover coming home
Slams a stone through the window.
Claiming false atrocities
slandering your affection
leaving you like the window
shattered, broken, alone.
Your view of life is changed.
Love once simple, now so complex
how will it ever be the same
knowing everything is so fragile.
Sure it is repaired
but it's just not the same
the sun still shines
yet the view is different.
A kindred comes along
wanting nothing but giving so much
to improve the once glorious view
of a life so full.
Yet now you see
that the sun was not
what made the view
it was the life looking out.
Spirit, mind, body and soul
the pieces that were really broken
find themselves again
with a new outlook.
The sky more vibrant
the sun so bright
the heart finally seeing
that love is restoration.
