Ode To Puppy Dog

So now you own a puppy dog
It's so much better than a jumpy frog

Oh they'll be lots of puppy pee and puppy poop
You'll get your fill of paper towels and the pooper scoop

And at night how they'll howl and whine
But day by day they'll soon be fine

Oh how they love to run and play
Then they nap and sleep the day away

They like to bite and they like to nip
You'll want to smack them but get a grip

There suppose to come when you call there name
But they think your playing game

You buy them toys and chewy bones
They chew your shoes and eat your phone

As the days and weeks go by
They'll make you laugh they'll make you cry

They show you loyalty and they show you love
And each and every day you'll thank god above
That you did'nt get a frog
