Out of control

The darkness
Envelops me

The cool steel
Beacons
Crimson flowing
Warmth escaping
The mirror flashes
Opening my eyes
Seeing reality
For the first time

Screaming
It all stops
All is calm
All is quiet
They are sated
Once again in their grasp
They drag me further
I let go

No fight left
Defeated
Drag me deeper
Take me home
Rip my tender heart
Into shreds again
Have their fun
They have won
