A poem written with sisrandez on child abuse |
| And Then Will Come Soft Rain Crystal tears falling from my almond shaped eyes. You paint fake smiles full of love across your face. Everyone seeing a loving mother, holding her child's little hand so she won't get lost. But you could care less about me when we are alone. Bruises cover my body, your words stab at my soul, Kindness a foreign feeling to me, love a distant memory. My heart aches at the love I still feel for you, and at the growing hate Seething hate, blooming now till it engulfs me, swallows me whole Silently I scream, alone, oh Mother, can't you feel my pain Crystal tears falling from my almond eyes, mixing with the summers's soft rain. I would like to thank Hannah ♫♥♫ |
