A lost love....

I once felt the glory of being
in love,
but that feeling broke in half on a night
Full of regret.

Happiness was gone forever.
My whole world that I knew had
Turned black.

Feelings of hope only last a short
While.
Feelings of distress only Grew.

I wanted to keep you in my arms
Forever,
Forever only means goodbye.

I now stare at the stars and no longer

I am like a dog on the lonely streets.
Unwanted.
Unloved.

I have been thrown around and
Stomped on.
The fire builds up within me!

The image of you turns my stomach.
I no longer want to experience such
Torment!

This agony needs to disappear!
Go Away!
I do not want to be under your
Forbidden spell!

You left me here to rot!
No good is coming for me!
There is no reason for me!

I am the dog.
Not wanted.
