Drowning

A time when I was struggling.

Have you ever been there?
Have you ever felt it?
It mostly looks like a blank stare.
It feels like a never ending pit.

My throat closes slowly,
I feel no air.
And yet I can't flee,
Life just doesn't seem fair.

It feels like I'm drowning,
Overcome with dispair,
I feel like I'm drowning,
It's something I can't bear.

Where is he?
Where is that one?
Why can't I see?
Where is he?
Where is the one?
That's supposed to save me?
