The Blue Wolf

I've been kinda sad lately...not completely sure why but this somewhat explains it

As I walk
each gentle step
soundlessly touching the earth
makes echoes in the silence of my soul

They make me feel happy
They make me feel sad
But why, oh why
must I be this sad?

I look around
and everything is so blue
With nothing to do
I plod along my own path

They make me feel happy
They make me feel sad
Why am I so depressed?
Why does it hurt so bad?


There is no end in sight
for my enduring plight--
I keep putting one foot in front of the other
following my lonely road till I find another
that may bring hidden things to light,
and make things seem right--
and end this wretched, irrational pain
