The Journey

Just thoughts about life's journey.

My mind has been enticed to engage in deepest thought,
To consider life and the people around me
Through friendship, I yearn to find and believe in more
I desire to give of myself, my mind
As people walking together, sharing the breath of life
Giving of our selves to each other, learning to live in unity
Through pain of separation, through laughter and love
Through disappointment and sorrow, through friendship and understanding
All people co exist, giving and taking, desiring and needing
Feeling and touching, searching and learning
Through each facet of life we sacrifice, we share, we encourage
We find comfort, strength, stress and doubt
Life is expectation, intuition, and gratification
The journey is exploration, discovery, and revelation.
